Installed in lobby spaces, columns, escalators, and light troughs, Zerodec GRG delivered both aesthetic appeal and superior functionality. Its precision-engineered design ensured long-lasting durability and an immaculate finish, ideal for high-traffic areas.
For the 56 upper-floor levels, Zerodec GRG was used for ceiling perimeter bulkheads, replacing the originally planned plasterboard. The dry lining contractor recommended Zerodec GRG, which resulted in multiple benefits. This change saved 100 days of programme time, as it eliminated the need for metal framing typically required for plasterboard. The use of Zerodec GRG also provided crisper, cleaner lines, enhancing the design’s visual impact.
Additionally, Zerodec GRG reduced labour costs. The streamlined installation process required fewer workers, making the project more efficient. The material’s superior quality ensured a flawless finish under critical lighting. Zerodec GRG’s smooth, uniform surface captured light beautifully, elevating the space’s overall design.
Another major advantage was the reduction in defects. Zerodec GRG’s robust properties minimized the risks of installation issues, ensuring a flawless result. This material’s reliability significantly reduced potential delays and maintained the project’s strict timeline.
By incorporating Zerodec GRG, the project team achieved a high-end look with reduced time and labour. The result was a stunning, durable interior that met both aesthetic and functional requirements. Zerodec GRG continues to prove its value in large-scale developments, offering efficient, cost-effective, and high-performance solutions for architectural finishes.
