Gillespie has developed a specific solution for these, often low reptition, double-curved surfaces and can produce them to a very high quality and volume of production while at a minimum cost.

Working with advanced CAD 2D drafting, 3D modelling and BIM software and innovative additive and subtractive CNC processes and materials, our designers collaborate with architects and clients to turn their most creative visions into reality.
Manufacturing
All our processes are subject to thorough quality control systems, blending our traditional skills with advanced techniques to create a strong, lightweight, and durable product which delivers superior quality and performance.
Installation
Zerodec GRG is pre-engineered so it can be integrated with proprietary drywall systems and installed by the same labour. The panels are light, accurate and easy to install, requiring minimal gridwork due to Zerodec GRG’s inherent strength. For 3D projects, if the client feels the complexity is beyond their ability, Gillespie can assist with installation.
