Light Trough profiles are used to support and conceal an LED, Cold Cathode or Fluorescent light unit. They can be used to conceal AC grilles or other services and are normally positioned at the perimeter of a room for wash lighting or to make two different levels with background lighting. They offer an accurate, consistent and simple method of forming this using the same suspension material and jointing process as plaster board ceilings. They create a clean and clutter free void for easy installation of lighting products avoiding shadow and hot spots.
